Channel 7HD has officially launched CH7ON, a new digital platform that brings together entertainment, drama, news, sports, variety programming, and educational content in one app. The launch event on September 17 featured executives from Channel 7HD, including Managing Director Patthanpong Nuphan, who outlined the platform's vision of connecting the broadcaster's strengths with modern viewing habits. Patthanpong emphasized that after nearly 60 years of growth built on viewer trust, Channel 7HD is stepping into its sixth decade by consolidating all online channels under the new CH7ON brand, which he described as a "Digital Ecosystem" rather than just a catch-up app.
The platform will feature AI-assisted content creation, accurate news reporting, in-depth sports coverage, uncut original content, and partnerships with new production companies including GoodDay, YSEVEN, and TERO. Channel 7HD has also secured major partnerships with Chulalongkorn University, T&B Media Global (Thailand), and Warixx Sport to enhance CH7ON's content and reach. The event showcased upcoming dramas available through CH7ON, including titles such as Dujchan Dun Mekhao, Rak Raiysai Lup, and Seua Yai, alongside vertical-format short-form content, offering viewers a mix of entertainment and educational programming.
