The enterprise business saw rising demand for data connectivity, cloud, and data center services from both Thai corporations and foreign providers establishing bases in Thailand to support the country's role as a regional digital hub. AIS aims to develop digital infrastructure and solutions enabling AI transformation, meeting organizational digital needs, global tech investment, and Thailand's growing AI industry.
The retail business grew 16% from Q2 2026, driven by strong demand for premium smartphones including the iPhone 18 series and premium Android devices, coupled with service quality and expert advice from the "AIS PRO" team and diverse product offerings such as accessories under the LINK UP brand to meet customer needs.
