Asset World Corp Plc (AWC) has announced a strategic partnership with The Cubic Fitness Co Ltd (CUBIC), a Bangkok-based lifestyle and wellness social club brand led by CEO Wisarut Rangsisinghpiphath. Together they will develop CUBIC Social Club at EA at The Empire in the Sathorn district, aiming to open in 2026, and then extend the wellness-lifestyle concept to other suitable AWC projects in the future.

The collaboration advances AWC's vision for the EA Wellness Club, launched in September 2026 as Thailand's first Destination for Wellness Community. CUBIC Social Club at EA will enhance the health, wellness, and lifestyle ecosystem through movement and community experiences throughout the day, serving residents, workers, and global visitors who seek to live, recharge, connect, and engage in one place.

Located in the heart of Bangkok's business district, CUBIC Social Club at EA exemplifies AWC's vision of transforming office buildings into world-class lifestyle destinations that blend work, wellness, hospitality, dining, and community. Once complete, the project's lifestyle ecosystem will deliver experiences that address daily living, human connection, and relaxation across every hour.

Complementing this, EA Wellness Club is designed as Thailand's first Destination for Wellness Community, integrating health and longevity science, movement and performance development, physical recovery, rest, nutrition, and social connection into a seamless day-to-night experience. VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center, part of Bumrungrad Hospital, advises AWC on preventive health and longevity elements. EA Wellness Club's first phase targets a 2026 opening, with full operations by 2027.
