Forward Ranil Santana gave the hosts a commanding 2-0 lead with goals in the 2nd and 12th minutes, but 42-year-old striker Gilberto Machena leveled the match at 2-2 for the visitors. In the second half, despite pressing hard for another goal, BG Pathum had to wait until the 88th minute when Joa Makno sealed a narrow 3-2 win. In other matches, Sri Sakeht United lost 0-1 at home to Ayutthaya United, while Uthai Thani FC fell 1-2 away to Pattani FC.
