Chaisoro has clarified that it has never prosecuted fans as some have misrepresented, but is taking legal action against specific individuals involved with the FEDFE boy band page where illegal activity was found. The Chaisoro page posted a clarification statement on Monday addressing the distortion of facts, confirming that no fans have ever been sued or prosecuted, even though the page could have pursued legal action in some cases. The statement reads: "Although the channel has remained quiet, since this matter began until now, we have never taken legal action or sued any fan, not even one. Although in some cases we could have pursued legal action, we chose not to do so and did not want the matter to spread further."
Regarding the ongoing legal case, the page stated: "We are taking legal action against a specific individual and others involved with the FEDFE boy band page in cases where illegal conduct was found."
The page further emphasized: "We clearly separate fan-related matters from actions of individuals involved in the page's operations, and we do not want anyone to be misled. Presenting our legal proceedings as if we are suing fans is a distortion of facts that could cause misunderstanding and division among our fan community."
