Former child performer Nam Petch, daughter of comedian Kom Superjoke, has officially joined Hai Thong Music Label at age 16 as part of the teen group Hai Thong Junior after two years of training.
Nam Petch, daughter of renowned comedian Kom Superjoke (Akorn Thanadej Yodsarattana), has grown from the beloved child performer seen on the "Dundara" segment of Channel 3's "Tee Sip" variety show into a full-fledged artist. Now 16 years old after celebrating her birthday on July 2, she has officially joined Hai Thong Music Label under the professional name Petch Prikthai Hai Thong, as a member of the four-person teen group Hai Thong Junior under label owner Prakatchai.
Prakatchai recently shared a photo announcing Nam Petch's arrival at the label, posting: "Nine years ago, Nam Petch sang alongside Sister Lamyai at a pomelo festival in Nakhon Pathom. Today she has grown into a full 16-year-old woman. She has been training at the label for two years—the label covered only rhinoplasty costs; her mother has provided everything else. Now it is time for Nam Petch to spread her wings from Nakhon Pathom. Watch for the crane to take flight."
Prakatchai noted that Nam Petch, also known as Petch Prikthai Hai Thong, is strikingly beautiful and is certain to become a successful singer in the future.
