On July 9, 2569 at 09:30 AM at the Anti-Corruption Court (Taling Chan), lawyer Krit Intamara and former port authority employee Somyos Khiao-im filed a lawsuit against a former DSI deputy director and four other defendants in case number ท 79/2569. The Anti-Corruption Court ordered the DSI to submit a copy of the accusation and clarify five factual issues raised by the plaintiffs:
1. The origins of Special Investigation Case 4/2557: The DSI must explain the background, causes, procedural steps, and investigation results of Special Case 4/2557, along with relevant documents.
2. The roles of the former deputy director and head of the security division: They must clarify their involvement in Special Case 4/2557, whether they were appointed to a working group, had investigative authority, were responsible for gathering evidence, or issued opinions on the case.
3. The interrogation of plaintiff Somyos (the "DSI cold room" issue): The court wants clarification on why Somyos was summoned for questioning on June 5, 2557, in what capacity, and whether the investigation findings were related to him.
4. The port authority's role: Clarification on how the port authority and its authorized representatives were involved in Special Case 4/2557.
5. Lawyer Krit's involvement: Clarification on whether the lawyer had any connection to Special Case 4/2557 and if so, what.
The DSI must submit its written clarification and related documents to the court by August 10, 2569. Both plaintiffs may review the clarification and file objections by August 25, 2569. The court has rescheduled the verdict ruling for September 2, 2569 at 09:30 AM.
