More than 20 villagers visited Huay Sup Temple in Namathum subdistrict, Phanasnikhom district, Chachoengsao province on September 16 to offer thanks after lottery results were announced. The temple was filled with excitement and smiles as residents came to pay respects to the revered monk figurine at the shrine, having received the two-digit winning number 64 after making merit and drawing lottery numbers from the temple's fortune-telling jar.
Many residents reported winning the 64 two-digit prize, with some winning around 10 tickets and others winning as many as 16 tickets. Devotees brought firecrackers, flowers, incense, and offerings to the shrine in gratitude. Worshippers explained that they had previously visited the temple to make merit and drew the number 64 from the fortune jar before purchasing government lottery tickets in various quantities. When the results were announced with 64 as the winning two-digit number, they returned to the temple as promised, bringing offerings.
Following their tradition, the group lit firecrackers together and inspected the charred residue, discovering the numbers 615 and 14. These new numbers will be used as guides for lottery tickets in the October 1 government lottery draw.
