Football Coach Says School Conflict Led to Director's Transfer
A football coach at Buddhirangsee Pibul School says administrative conflicts led to his school director's transfer to the district education office, clearing the way for his championship seven-a-side program to operate without interference.
Sakhon Galeangprasert, football coach at Buddhirangsee Pibul School, acknowledges differences in approach with the school director and confirms he is ready to face his former team, Montonthong. Reports indicate the school director was transferred to work at the district education office due to conflicts with Sakhon's seven-a-side football program, which won the seven-color sports championship. Sakhon explained that the tensions arose because the school administration did not value the team's efforts, despite his team having hundreds of supporters. He stressed he works for the public and fans, not the director alone, and that state officials' decision to transfer the director will allow smoother operations going forward. With a new director aligned with his vision, and supporter backing from both Thailand and abroad, Sakhon says the team now has optimal conditions—good facilities, management, and player morale—and has reached multiple finals under the Taengmo banner. Regarding potential seven-a-side matches against his former team, Montonthong Witthaya, Sakhon said he does not view them as rivals and respects them, but believes his team's track record of reaching finals most frequently demonstrates their capability.
