PTT Group Showcases Thai Energy Sector at Gastech 2026

On September 14, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, along with Energy Minister Eknath Prom-phan, Deputy Prime Minister's Office Minister Napintr Srisarppang, Prime Minister's Advisor Arthapol Rerkpibul, and Energy Ministry Permanent Secretary Prasert Sinsukprasert, attended the opening ceremony of the PTT Group exhibition at Gastech 2026. PTT Chairman and Chief Executive Kongkrapan Intrajang and upstream business head Bandit Thammaprajang led the company's management team in welcoming attendees. As a co-host of Gastech 2026, PTT is displaying its energy capabilities, technology, and infrastructure across its business chain while creating a platform for global partnerships from September 14-17 at the Bangkok International Trade and Convention Centre. PTT executives are also sharing the company's vision on critical global energy topics including natural gas, LNG, energy security, and sustainability, reflecting international recognition of PTT's expertise.

Chairman Kongkrapan Intrajang stated that amid volatile global energy markets and geopolitical uncertainty, PTT—as both a state enterprise and Thai-listed company—prioritizes national energy security while maintaining business growth and shareholder returns. The company operates under a three-dimensional energy balance approach: security, affordability and competitiveness, and sustainability. Natural gas and LNG serve as destination fuels supporting long-term energy systems and enabling reliable renewable energy expansion.
