Heavy flooding in Bangkok has forced the Government Housing Bank to close 18 branches temporarily, though customers can still access services through mobile apps and ATMs.
The Government Housing Bank (GHB) has announced the temporary closure of 18 branches in Bangkok and surrounding provinces due to severe flooding caused by continuous heavy rainfall. The flooding has resulted in high water levels and road closures across multiple routes. The affected branches include Lat Phrao, Lam Luk Ka, Bang Khen, Fashion Island, Big C Nuan Sri, Big C Rangsit Khlong 6, The Mall Bang Kapi, Future Park Rangsit, Promenada Mall, Sukhaphihal 3, Min Buri, King Kaew, Petchburi Tat Mai, Lad Krabang, Theparaksa, Big C Bang Na, Paradise Park, and the Big C On Nut finance counter. Customers can conduct transactions and repay loans through electronic channels including the GHB ALL GEN application, LINE at @GHBBUDDY, and ATM and cash withdrawal machines.
