30 Years of Trust, Extending Growth into the Future Associate Professor Dr. Yanadet Thongsim, Chairman of Nakornthon Hospital Group (Public Company Limited), stated that over the past 30 years, Nakornthon has grown from a commitment to developing treatment quality and patient trust. Despite early business challenges, continuous management enabled the organization to achieve stability, repay debts, list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and raise capital for business expansion. This success forms a key foundation for moving into the future by expanding health services to meet changing needs, particularly elderly care which is growing according to Thailand's demographic structure. One key project is the Nakornthon Long Life Center by Château Home, which opened on September 12, 2026, to provide short- and long-term care for the elderly and dependent persons with close nursing and caregiver teams, a suitable living environment, and a hospital network for emergency support. The project has gained government trust for social security beneficiaries, receiving a quota allocation exceeding the original proposal, reflecting readiness in facilities, equipment, and personnel. Current service fees start at approximately 80,000 baht per month, with plans to expand services and develop more affordable options to increase access to quality elderly care.
Strengthening Medical Expertise, Targeting Difficult and Complex Diseases Dr. Sirema Thongsim, Medical Director of Nakornthon Hospital, stated that modern healthcare is not limited to treating illness but must cover disease prevention and long-term quality of life. The hospital is therefore developing specialized expertise alongside medical technology. It currently operates over 20 specialized medical centers covering key areas including the Brain and Nervous System Center, Heart Center, Spine Center, Fertility Center, and Pediatrics Center. A highlight is stroke treatment using Biplane DSA equipment, which allows doctors to insert catheters to remove blood clots from vessels, reducing the need for major surgery, increasing recovery chances, and lowering disability risk. This is coupled with a rapid emergency care system, and this expertise has gained international recognition through the World Stroke Awards. Additionally, Biplanar Navigator technology has been adopted for spine surgery to increase precision, reduce incision size and blood loss, and genetic screening has been developed to assess disease risk before family planning.
