By 8:48 a.m., Lad Phrao Road between Bang Kapi and Lam Sali intersections experienced heavy congestion and slow-moving traffic. At 9:15 a.m., water from the San Saep Canal spilled onto the left lane of Lad Phrao Road near Bang Kapi Market, causing traffic toward Lam Sali intersection to slow further. Standing water also accumulated on Lad Phrao Road near Soi 144 in the Bang Kapi Market area as rain continued, keeping traffic severely congested.
