Describing himself as approachable and straightforward—formerly known informally as Khong or Dr. Khong, and hailing from Lop Buri—he emphasized that people are the university's greatest asset. He likened his leadership style to that of an orchestra conductor, positioning himself as a coordinator who ensures all talented staff, faculty, researchers, and students play in harmony to produce beautiful results for agriculture. The rector stressed that all personnel matter equally and should work toward shared goals with peace and happiness, united by clear communication about the university's four-year vision. He highlighted the importance of mutual respect and fostering pride in individual contributions to agricultural advancement. Within the university's collaborative framework, diversity of thought is welcomed provided it aligns with common rules and purpose—like a garden of many-colored flowers that create greater beauty together.
