Lotus Go Fresh Delivers Groceries During Flooding
Lotus Go Fresh maintains grocery deliveries and stock across flooded areas, with online ordering available for customers unable to visit stores during restricted travel conditions.
CP AXTRA, operator of the Macro–Lotus retail business through its Lotus Go Fresh chain, is prioritizing support for flood-affected communities hit by heavy rain and flooding across multiple areas. Lotus Go Fresh continues normal operations at unaffected branches while maintaining continuous stock replenishment to ensure residents can access food and essentials near their homes even during restricted travel conditions.
The chain is actively managing inventory of daily necessities including fresh food, dry goods, ready-to-eat meals, frozen items, drinking water, and consumer goods, tailoring product selection to meet the specific needs of each community. For customers unable to visit stores, the Lotus's App provides flexible online ordering with home delivery options in accessible areas, depending on local conditions and circumstances.
Beyond ensuring product availability, Lotus Go Fresh has adapted its store formats and product selection to suit individual community needs, positioning itself as a Fresh & Food Destination with fresh, frozen, and essential items available both in-store and online. With over 2,000 branches nationwide, including around 1,500–1,700 Lotus Go Fresh Mini convenience stores (developed from the former Tesco Lotus Express format) and more than 200 medium-sized supermarket locations, the chain emphasizes its role as a neighborhood supermarket standing alongside communities through all circumstances.
