MP Anucha Teams With Volleyball Star To Help Flood Victims
MP Anucha Nakasai and Thai volleyball star Natthanicha Chaisaen visited flood‑hit areas of Chai Nat province to hand out relief supplies and meals. They helped fill sandbags for water barriers and distributed cooked food to affected residents. The effort aims to ease hardship caused by ongoing Chao Phraya River flooding.
On October 3, 2026, MP Anucha Nakasai of Chai Nat Province Constituency 1, together with Jittathana Yingthawilapa, President of the Chai Nat Provincial Administrative Organization, Laddawan Pasuphanth, Superintendent of Sapphaya District, and Natthanicha Chaisaen, a Thai national women's volleyball player and native of Chai Nat, visited Thammamol and Ban Klaoy subdistricts to encourage officials assisting flood‑affected residents. MP Anucha helped fill sandbags to build water barriers and relief packages for distribution to those affected by flooding. He then went to Talok and Hat Asa subdistricts to deliver cooked meals to flood victims, with local leaders assisting in the distribution to alleviate immediate hardship. The visit follows severe flooding in Chai Nat caused by overflow from the Chao Phraya River inundating communities. Currently, water levels in the Chao Phraya basin remain stable, with the Chao Phraya Dam discharging 2,500 cubic metres per second.
