Pat Sutthasinee Voices Flood Concern at Movie Premiere
Thai actress Pat Sutthasinee opened up about her home flooding and concern for victims while promoting her debut film "In Harmony: More Than This Is Called Love" at a Nonthaburi press event. She described the movie role as a new challenge distinct from her theatre background and said she plans to stay in Thailand a bit longer to be with family before returning to the United States next month.
At the press event for the film "In Harmony: More Than This Is Called Love," Pat Sutthasinee shared that acting in a movie was a fresh experience, different from the single-take nature of theatre, involving multiple takes and camera angles. She said she became interested in film work after collaborating with familiar colleagues and found the shoot relatively quick compared to months-long theatre productions. Pat mentioned she will remain in Thailand a little longer to rest and be with her mother and younger sibling before flying back to the U.S. next month. She also spoke about the flood that impacted her house, saying she feels worried for those affected and would like to help by packing relief goods and, if possible, volunteering in the flooded areas.
