Nineteen suspects have been arrested for a gang shooting that killed one person and injured three others in Bangkok's Bang Na district. The incident occurred late on August 29 on Udom Suk Road near Soi Udom Suk 18. A 19-year-old apartment maintenance worker named Kraiwit was fatally shot, and three male friends aged 18–19 were wounded. Police arrested 15 juveniles and four adults, recovering three firearms, two ping-pong bomb components, eight motorcycles, and 12 helmets.
According to Deputy Police Commissioner Pallop Arunlad and Bang Na Police Station Commander Surpong Sukyaem, the suspects were riding motorcycles on Udom Suk Road when they encountered the victims near Soi Udom Suk 49–51. After an exchange of insults, the suspects turned their motorcycles around and chased the victims, then fired guns and threw explosives before attacking them with blades. The injured victims were taken for treatment, and all suspects are being prosecuted under the law.
