Police in Nan Province are mobilizing to assist residents in Tha Wang Pha District following severe flooding. Regional Police Region 5 Commander has ordered a full-scale relief effort and opened a donation collection point at Region 5 headquarters from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The doctor observed that while the person's speech in the recent video was inconsistent with normal patterns—uneven pacing, incorrect stress, and fragmented words—this represented a change from their usual manner. She credited the commenter with being a genuine long-time viewer who recognized the difference and had medical experience to spot the abnormality early. She emphasized that although dysarthria warrants further investigation for conditions like stroke, it remains one of several possible diagnoses until medical evidence confirms the cause.
