On September 30, 2069, acting on a tip, a combined team of soldiers, police, and local officials surrounded and searched a residence in Moo 3, Na Na Khok, Tak Bai. Inside, they found thirty white fertilizer sacks packed with ice, each kilogram wrapped in green and gold Chinese tea bags, totaling 600 kilograms worth about 40 million baht. The house was linked to a man known as Roe Muli, nicknamed ‘Balee’, who is alleged to have managed the stash for a transnational drug syndicate. Officers seized the drugs, collected forensic evidence, and are expanding the investigation to apprehend the owner, transporters, and anyone involved in the trafficking route.
