SCG Dubbuedie Logistics (SJWD), a leading integrated logistics and supply chain service provider in Southeast Asia, plans to open subscription for two tranches of conventional bonds and digital bonds with a combined offering of up to 1.5 billion baht, with fixed interest rates of 2.85% and 2.95% per annum. Ekpong Tangsrisongwane, Chief Financial Officer of SJWD, announced the company is proceeding with its plan to reduce financing costs by refinancing bonds maturing this year and improving cash flow management, which will significantly reduce interest expenses and strengthen the company's profitability.

The bond offerings consist of two series: The first tranche is conventional bonds with a 3-year maturity (due 2027) offered at 1,000 baht per unit with a minimum investment of 100,000 baht and multiples thereof, bearing fixed interest of 2.85% per annum paid quarterly. Subscription opens to the public on September 18, 21–22, 2024, through Thai Kasikornbank and Kiatnakin Phatra Securities. The second tranche is digital bonds with a 3.5-year maturity (due 2028) offered at 1,000 baht per unit with a minimum investment of 1,000 baht and multiples thereof, capped at 50 million baht per investor, bearing fixed interest of 2.95% per annum paid quarterly. Digital bond subscription runs September 18–22, 2024, exclusively through the Krung Thai Bank mobile app "Pao Tang." Both offerings have received a BBB+(tha) credit rating from Fitch Ratings.

The company reported record-breaking performance in Q2 2024 with total revenue of 7.064 billion baht, up 11.6% quarter-on-quarter and 9.7% year-on-year, and net profit of 463.4 million baht, up 67.6% and 64.0% respectively. The strong results reflect the company's agility in responding to volatile global economic conditions and energy prices amid Middle East tensions. SJWD is currently evaluating expansion investments with 2–3 major deals under negotiation to strengthen its logistics and supply chain services, with conclusions expected by year-end.
