Thai Airways Shuts ROP System for Five Days

Thai Airways will shut down its Royal Orchid Plus loyalty program system from September 14-18, 2026 for system upgrades, during which all member services will be unavailable.

Thai Airways has notified Royal Orchid Plus members that it will temporarily close the Royal Orchid Plus member system from September 14, 2026 at 12:00 noon to September 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Thailand time. The company says the shutdown is to upgrade and enhance the member service system. During this period, all Royal Orchid Plus services will be unavailable across all channels, and members are urged to plan and complete any transactions in advance.
