Krungthai Bank will shut down digital services including its mobile app, ATMs, and online banking for five hours on September 24 for system maintenance, blocking transfers and payments during the outage.
Krungthai Bank has announced a system shutdown on September 24 that will prevent transfers and payments for five hours. The following channels will be temporarily unavailable: Krungthai NEXT app (full closure), Krungthai ATM, KTB Corporate Online, Krungthai Business, Pao Tang, Krungthai COOP, and bank top-up terminals. Payment and top-up services will be unavailable through these channels during the maintenance window.
