Krung Thai Bank has restored normal operations to its Krungthai NEXT, Pao Tang, and Thai Help Thai Plus services after a temporary outage on the morning of August 21, 2025. The bank reported that an electrical maintenance malfunction inside the building disrupted power supply and related systems. Immediately after the incident, the bank mobilized repair efforts and conducted thorough system checks and testing. Services began recovering from 8:30 a.m., with all systems fully operational by 10:30 a.m. Krung Thai Bank emphasized its commitment to security, safety, and continuity of service, and pledged to continue enhancing system performance and stability to provide customers with reliable and convenient banking. The bank apologized to all customers and service users for the inconvenience caused by this unforeseen incident.
