Kawin Duval shared an emotional post apologizing to his two sons, Sai An and Vanilla, for not being able to keep the family together. He wrote that he tried his best as a husband and father, but accepting the divorce was the most painful experience of his life. Kawin said he cried while writing the message and hopes his children will understand when they grow older that, although he could not preserve the marriage, he will always fulfill his role as a father.
