TNP Motorsport Manager Promises Good News After Go-Kart Protest
Por Thanupat, manager of TNP Motorsport, has accused rival team DT Motorsport of irregularities in a youth go-kart championship and promised that good news would be announced later that day. He defended his son's participation and said those who labeled him a sore loser would have to answer if the facts prove him right. The dispute stems from protests over the win of another young driver, Nong Phayu, whose engine compliance is under scrutiny.
Por Thanupat, husband of Benz Praktay and manager of TNP Motorsport, took to Facebook to challenge DT Motorsport, asking where they have been and why they are explaining Cadet B race rules using Cadet A regulations. He insisted that if his claims are proven true, those who accused him of being a sore loser must answer for their words. Por also noted that he had visited Prince Pira, a Thai motorsport legend, to pray for truth, justice and fairness in the sport, and hinted that a positive announcement could come later that afternoon. He pointed out that the protest concerns the victory of Nong Phayu (son of celebrities Chumphun and Not) in the Cadet B class of the TrueVisions Championship 2026, with allegations that the engine used did not comply with regulations. Por stressed that the 21 children involved should not suffer because of adult mistakes and called on DT Motorsport to either provide evidence of compliance or admit fault.
