Pheu Thai Aids Flood-Hit Ladkrabang Residents With Relief Supplies
Pheu Thai officials visited flood‑affected Ladkrabang, distributing relief packages and arranging free repairs for electrical appliances and motorcycles through the Repair and Happiness Center via the Traffy Fondue platform. Labour Minister Chulaphon Amornvivat said the effort aims to ease workers’ burdens and speed recovery after floodwaters disrupted homes and commutes. Residents can request assistance in advance through the Traffy Fondue system.
Pheu Thai officials visited the Kheha Rom Klao community in Ladkrabang, distributing relief packages and coordinating free repairs through the Repair and Happiness Center via the Traffy Fondue platform to assist workers. On October 4, 2026, Labour Minister Chulaphon Amornvivat, as head of the Pheu Thai Party, together with Thongtham Wechayachai, Natthida Thepsutin, Surachai Thienthong, and Visaradee Tesathirat, went to the area to monitor flood conditions immediately after completing a relief mission in Chachoengsao Province. The visit was conducted in close coordination with Dr. Therarat Samrejvanich, deputy party leader, who has been consistently monitoring the situation and arranging assistance in Ladkrabang.
Chulaphon said that after field inspections, listening to staff reports, and hearing residents’ concerns, it was clear that people in the area had suffered heavily from floodwaters affecting both homes and travel routes, directly impacting daily life and commuting to work, increasing expenses and travel time. The team therefore transported relief packs and essential supplies for distribution to ease the immediate distress of flood victims.
He added that, besides providing relief, the party aims to lessen financial burdens and restore normal living by promoting the Repair and Happiness Center, which offers free inspection and repair of flood‑damaged electrical appliances and motorcycles for community members. Those affected can register their request in advance through the Traffy Fondue system so officers can schedule appointments and provide assistance systematically and comprehensively.
‘Pheu Thai sends its heartfelt encouragement to the residents of Kheha Rom Klao and all of Ladkrabang,’ Chulaphon said. ‘Party MPs and our team will continue to monitor the situation closely and coordinate with all relevant agencies to push for full drainage efforts until residents can return to normal life and travel.’
