Two-Tailed Lizard Spotted in Resort Room Sparks Lottery Fever
A resort owner in Buriram Province discovered a two-tailed lizard in a guest room, reigniting lottery fever after a previous visitor reportedly won hundreds of thousands of baht using the sighting to pick numbers.
A resort owner in Chaiyaphum District, Buriram Province, has reported finding a lizard with an unusual bifurcated tail in room 12, causing a stir among lottery enthusiasts. Resort owner Pimsiree Withayaprakorn, 48, was inspecting the room before a guest arrival when she noticed the lizard. At first, she thought she might be mistaken or tired, but upon closer inspection, she confirmed the creature's tail was genuinely split into two branches, prompting her to photograph it.
Withayaprakorn recalled a previous guest who had stayed in room 12 and reported seeing a similar two-tailed lizard. That guest reportedly used the unusual sighting to choose lottery numbers and won approximately several hundred thousand baht. The guest later returned to stay at the resort again, turning the "two-tailed lizard" tale into a talking point among patrons and acquaintances of the resort.
The latest sighting has generated significant interest, especially among lottery players trying to determine which numbers the lizard might represent. However, experts note that a bifurcated tail may result from growth abnormalities or regeneration following an injury in some animals. Playing the lottery based on such sightings remains a matter of personal belief and superstition, and people are advised to use sound judgment when both receiving information and placing bets.
