Udon Thani Holds 100-Day Merit Ceremony for Princess Patchrakitti
Udon Thani Province will host a 100-day merit ceremony Friday morning for Princess Patchrakitti, inviting the public to participate in alms-giving and merit-making rituals at the provincial hall.
On Friday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 a.m., Udon Thani Province will hold a merit-making ceremony dedicated to Her Royal Highness Princess Patchrakitti Narentira Thepyawadi in observance of the 100th day following her passing. Ceremonies will be conducted at both central and regional levels. For the regional observance, Udon Thani Province has invited Luang Pho Bunyasin Chotipanyo, known as Luang Pho Maethaph, abbot of Wat Pha Sri Kunaram in Khu Khae District, to lead the alms-giving ceremony and meal offerings to the monks at the provincial hall, allowing the community to make merit together. The public and all Buddhists are cordially invited to participate in alms-giving, walking meditation, and merit-making ceremonies to honor her memory and acknowledge her gracious virtue on this significant occasion.
