At midnight on September 19, 2569, Pol. Col. Jesada Yangnok, commander of Wangthonanglang Police Station, led officers including deputy commanders and senior officials from the station along with the SWAT team from Region 4 to conduct integrated inspections of service establishments and similar businesses within the area. The operation was divided into three teams targeting three zones: Rama 9 Road area, Muang Thai Alley, and the Town in Town area. All 16 service establishments were inspected, and 71 patrons were randomly tested for drugs with no substances found.
The police commander revealed this is part of ongoing operations under the integrated command of Wangthonanglang Police and Region 4 SWAT, conducting inspections continuously throughout the week, especially strict enforcement on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, following the national police commissioner and Region 4 commander's directive to strictly enforce venue compliance with the law.
The operation implements the "Safe Wangthonanglang" policy to maintain social order and security in the area.
