Actress Kwang Rachita Assists Homeless Former Actor
Actress Rachita Kwang assisted elderly former supporting actor Yothin Mahaphan after finding him wandering penniless and seeking help at Bang Yai Police Station. She and her boyfriend delivered money and also helped another stranded woman, while police later said a fellow celebrity had taken the uncle to shelter. Kwang expressed hope that he would meet only kind-hearted people from now on.
Kwang Rachita said she saw the news in her feed and felt sad, recognizing the uncle from many dramas. She called Bang Yai Police Station, where officers told her the uncle was waiting to be transferred to a shelter. She and her boyfriend Jin Thammawattana drove there at almost midnight, getting lost for nearly an hour, intending to leave money for him. Upon arrival, police let her give the money directly, but inside they mentioned another woman seeking overnight shelter because she lacked funds to return home; the couple helped her as well. Kwang expressed happiness at being able to contribute, noting life’s uncertainty and wishing the uncle only kind people ahead. Later, police informed Kwang that a fellow celebrity had taken the uncle away; she said she did not know who it was because she had left after seeing him the previous night.
