Siam Paragon celebrates the third anniversary of SCBX NEXT TECH, emphasizing its role as a ‘tech community for future learning’ after more than 200,000 people have joined its activities. Thanonphorn Tantiyanant, Managing Director of Siam Paragon, said that over the past three years since its launch in September 2023, SCBX NEXT TECH on the 4th floor of Siam Paragon has continued to create a learning space through events held on SCBX NEXT STAGE, AreaX by SCBX, and Partner Space, organizing 1,590 activities—about ten per week—with cumulative participation exceeding 200,000, collaboration with over 100 partners, and more than 2.5 million social‑media engagements (according to Wisesight Social Listening). This growth reflects SCBX NEXT TECH’s role as a tech community that connects people, knowledge, and partners across various industries.

Thanonphorn added that the rising interest in technology and new knowledge is evident in the expanding activities and network, reinforcing SCBX NEXT TECH’s role as a hub where students, workers, entrepreneurs, and developers can experiment, exchange experiences, and gain new perspectives. He also noted that the space can create long‑term value by enabling people to apply what they learn, develop skills, and seize new opportunities, preparing everyone for ongoing technological change.

For the third‑anniversary milestone, SCBX NEXT TECH has partnered with AI Future Ready (AiLearning x AiROVA), the Claude Thailand Community, and the Global AI Community—groups that have previously collaborated with SCBX NEXT TECH and demonstrated continuous strength in promoting AI learning. The partnership leverages each community’s distinct strengths: AI Future Ready offers hands‑on AI workshops that have attracted SMEs, students, first‑job seekers, and company employees; the Claude Thailand Community, a public Facebook group with over 500,000 members, has hosted meet‑ups at SCBX NEXT TECH to share use cases and knowledge and to explore career and income opportunities with Claude AI; and the Global AI Community, an international non‑profit with more than 200 chapters and 250,000 members worldwide, links SCBX NEXT TECH to global AI knowledge and networks.
