AIS PLAY To Broadcast 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games Live

AIS PLAY has announced its readiness to broadcast the 20th Asian Games from Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, as the sole OTT and online streaming rights holder in Thailand from September 19 to October 4, 2026. The service will feature 18 live channels with diverse sports coverage, including events popular with Thai viewers and competitions featuring Thai athletes, allowing fans to follow the action closely and cheer their team. The opening ceremony is scheduled for September 19 at Paloma Mitsuhiro Stadium under the theme "Harmonic Heart Beat," directed by acclaimed Japanese filmmaker Yukihiko Tsutsu, guaranteeing a spectacular opening worthy of the host nation.

Thai sports fans can watch through AIS PLAY's 18 channels, divided into three Thai-dubbed channels (Asian Games 901–903) featuring Thai national team competitions and popular sports like football, volleyball, athletics, and badminton, commentated by leading analysts such as Wirasak Nilkhlad, Theerayut Banhnongsa, and Pairot Kingkaew. The service will be available 24 hours with both live broadcasts and replays. An additional 14 channels (Asian Games 904–917) will carry direct feeds from Nagoya, and a special channel (Asian Games 918) will feature esports competitions with professional Thai commentary. AIS will also set up a viewing hub at AIS Siam Landmark downtown Bangkok to bring Thai fans together to cheer for the national team, with large LED screens broadcasting major matches and medal-contending sports including football, women's volleyball, athletics, badminton, and taekwondo.
