True Corporation continued its True for Thais initiative by delivering relief packages, setting up charging stations at 7‑11 stores, and providing free SIM cards to flood‑affected residents in Bangkok’s Ladkrabang district. The company also deployed mobile Cell-On-Wheel units to restore network coverage and offered 24‑hour customer support, including free emergency calls and extended service benefits. These efforts aim to keep communities connected and supplied during the ongoing flood crisis.
The visit forms part of the ongoing True for Thais effort to support people during crises by supplying daily necessities and maintaining communications so residents can contact family, access information, and coordinate help. True also continues to stand with impacted communities to get through the situation together. Alongside public assistance, True has mobilized field engineers and technical staff to monitor and repair the network in affected areas around the clock, checking home‑internet equipment once water recedes to restore normal service. In Ladkrabang’s Romklao housing community, True deployed two mobile Cell-On-Wheel (COW) units to boost signal strength, ensuring residents, officials and rescue teams can communicate and coordinate relief. True provides 24‑hour support through its network experts, customer service teams, and hotlines 1242 (True) and 1678 (DTAC). Additional measures for affected customers include free emergency numbers 191, 1669, 199; prepaid True‑DTAC users receive seven extra days of service, three days of free 5 GB data (awaiting SMS), and increased credit for borrowing until October 5, 2026; postpaid users get three days of free 5 GB data and seven extra days to pay bills; True online and True Vision subscribers receive seven extra payment days. True sends its sympathies to all those affected by the floods and pledges to keep the True for Thais mission going – helping communities and maintaining communications – until the situation improves.
