Bangkok, October 2, 2026 – In response to the flooding affecting many parts of Thailand, True Corporation and the NBTC have launched a relief package for True and DTAC subscribers. Prepaid users receive an extra seven days of service, 5GB of free data for three days (to be delivered via SMS), and an increased emergency credit line available until October 5, 2026. Postpaid users get the same 5GB data bonus and a seven‑day extension on their bill payment, while TrueOnline and TrueVision customers also receive a seven‑day payment extension. Free emergency calls are available to the numbers 191, 1669 and 199, and a dedicated network team monitors mobile, DTAC and TrueOnline fiber services around the clock. Customers can call the 24‑hour hotlines 1242 or 1678 for assistance, and the companies are distributing drinking water and relief kits to flood‑affected communities.
