Bangkok Bank to Discontinue Bualuang iBanking Service from December

On 2 October 2026, Bangkok Bank sent emails to Bualuang iBanking users to inform them of the service termination starting 15 December 2026. The bank said that customers can still carry out all transactions through the Bangkok Bank mobile banking app, and can also use other helpful features such as QR code payments, cardless ATM withdrawals, automatic advance payment scheduling, and account locking. For those who have not yet used the mobile banking app, the bank recommends downloading it from the App Store or Play Store for greater convenience. Regarding the advance payment scheduling service via Bualuang iBanking, the bank will discontinue it from 1 November 2026, and any scheduled transactions set to take effect from 15 December 2026 will be automatically cancelled. The bank advises customers to set up their advance payments again in the mobile banking app to avoid missing any transfers or payments.
