Construction Boss Files Forgery Complaint, Stands by Arrested Celebrities
Construction entrepreneur Chang Ai filed a forgery complaint at Phuket City Police Station, alleging forged signatures damaged his company. He said the case is separate from the Good Deeds Foundation scandal and the pool villa project on Boom Panadda's land. Chang Ai expressed continued respect for Boom Panadda and Got despite their arrest warrants, stated he is not worried about potential warrants against himself, and confirmed he has evidence to prove his innocence in all matters, including a national park encroachment case where he has already denied charges.
Chang Ai filed a police complaint over forged signatures that damaged his construction firm, then watched a live interview with Boom Panadda and her lawyer after their arrest warrants were issued. He insisted he still respects Boom and Got, is not worried about facing his own warrant, and said he has evidence to clear his name.
On November 5, 2026, Apichat Saelee, known as "Chang Ai," accompanied by his lawyer Patchanida Sittipanya, went to Phuket City Police Station to meet investigators. Chang Ai spent more than three hours in the interview room, during which he watched a live broadcast of Boom Panadda and her lawyer giving an interview after their arrest warrants were issued. Before leaving, Chang Ai disclosed that his visit was unrelated to the Good Deeds Foundation case. Instead, he filed a complaint about someone forging signatures, which caused financial damage to his construction company. He declined to reveal case details but confirmed it had nothing to do with the pool villa project on Boom Panadda's land.
Regarding the arrest warrants for Boom Panadda and Got, Chang Ai said his personal feelings remain unchanged — he still loves and respects both individuals, even though he is a key figure in the case. Asked if he would still consult Lawyer Decha given the chance, Chang Ai affirmed he would, believing it was the right decision because the evidence he presented was valid. He added that he, his family, and his company had suffered distress from the events. When asked if he wanted to send a message to Boom and Got, he declined to comment.
On the possibility of an additional arrest warrant for himself as the recipient of transfers from the Good Deeds Foundation, Chang Ai said he is not worried and is ready to enter the legal process. He insisted he has evidence showing he had no knowledge of wrongdoing and never used foundation money for personal use. He added he would likely travel to Bangkok soon.
Lawyer Patchanida Sittipanya, Chang Ai's attorney, revealed she is on the same legal team as Lawyer Kung, who handles the Good Deeds Foundation case, while she handles cases in Phuket — including the forgery case involving Chang Ai's company and a national park encroachment case.
For the national park encroachment case, on November 4 Chang Ai went to Kathu Police Station to hear the charges. The proceedings concluded smoothly; he denied all charges and is ready to proceed with the legal process.
