Deputy Party Leader Kardi Liauphirojn and the Democrat Party's monitoring team unveiled the platform on September 28, 2024, to increase efficiency and speed in delivering aid to flood victims across various regions.

Kardi stated that beyond distributing emergency supplies on the ground, integrating technology and data management systems is essential for managing the crisis both in the short and long term. The system enables teams to see the full picture of affected areas, assess situations accurately, and distribute assistance to the most critical points promptly. She thanked volunteers from all sectors for their collaborative efforts.

The flood.democrat.or.th platform is designed for easy public use in emergencies, requiring just five steps: assess the situation level to identify urgency; select the type of assistance needed such as evacuation, food, drinking water, medicine, or other essential equipment; pinpoint the exact location using map coordinates; provide contact information with name and phone number; and attach photos showing the actual conditions for appropriate resource allocation.

All submitted information is sent directly to the Democrat Party's backend management system and volunteer network, displayed as real-time map coordinates. This reduces workflow steps, eliminates duplicate distributions, and enables volunteers to reach affected people efficiently.
