Thailand fielded two players: Teerat Limprapatsorn in the mobile category and Sirawut Rungrattanaskul, a world champion, in the console category, facing Malaysia's team of Fariq Lusman and Muhammad Haris Hasmi Hakimin. Malaysia dominated the matchup, winning both categories—5-2 in the mobile category and 1-0 in the console category—to advance to the final with a 2-0 series victory. Malaysia will face Uzbekistan in the final after Uzbekistan defeated Indonesia.
