The Thanintra Chiearawanont family, represented by Dr. Nathawat (Dr. Tane), Tippawan (B), Ariyavara, and Wannee Chiearawanont Ross, presented a condominium at Mulberry Grove The Forestias to Nong and Chuanpis Poolkerd, Nene's parents, as a foundation of security and encouragement for the family.
Nene Royal, a 16-year-old from Phuket, made Thailand proud by winning America's Got Talent season 21, earning a $1 million prize and the right to perform in Las Vegas. The family's gift stemmed from admiration for Nene's parents, who never lost faith in their daughter's potential despite obstacles, remaining by her side with love and belief throughout her journey.
Thanintra told the family that Nene's story would inspire young people to dream boldly, work hard, overcome challenges, and trust in their abilities while valuing family and supporters. The presentation on September 5, 2025, offered a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit of approximately 98.69 square meters at Mulberry Grove The Forestias, a luxury condominium project on Bangna-Trad Road designed as a multi-generational community with extensive green spaces.
