The government announced on September 22, 2025, that the cabinet has approved eight senior personnel transfers within the Ministry of Finance. Salakjit Pongsirijan, former tax collection strategy advisor at the Revenue Department, has been promoted to Permanent Secretary of the Revenue Department. Thiralak Sangsanit, who previously served as Deputy Permanent Secretary and head of the revenue division, becomes Permanent Secretary of the Treasury Department. Thibodi Wattanakul, former director of the State Enterprise Policy Board, is appointed head of the Public Debt Management Office. Phalchak Nimwattana moves from policy and strategy advisor to director of the State Enterprise Policy Board. Khanavut Sittitheraphand has been promoted from ministry inspector to Deputy Permanent Secretary. Saphat Thammapon becomes ministry inspector from her previous role as advisor to the Office of the Fiscal Policy. Tharaphon Singhaphand, who was a property valuation development advisor at the Treasury Department, is named ministry inspector. Jitra Neesanan, formerly a tax base development advisor at the Revenue Department, takes a position as Deputy Permanent Secretary.
