Ornamental gold was quoted at 69,300 baht per baht weight for selling, with buy-back rates at 66,931.40 baht. Gold bars were priced at 68,300 baht for buying and 68,500 baht for selling in the first announcement. Global gold spot prices remained at 4,349 US dollars per ounce.
