A monsoon trough is passing through the North and upper Northeast, moving into a low-pressure zone over the Gulf of Tonkin, while a moderate southwest monsoon is affecting the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand. Residents are warned of dangers from heavy and accumulated rainfall that could cause flash flooding and flash floods, especially in areas along the Mekong River basin, hillside areas near water channels, and low-lying regions. Travel through areas with recurring flood problems should be avoided, particularly in low-lying areas where water may accumulate rapidly.
Wave conditions in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand are moderate, with waves of approximately 2 meters in the upper Andaman and higher than 2 meters in thunderstorm areas. Boat operators in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand are urged to navigate with caution and avoid areas with thunderstorms.

North: Thunderstorms in 60% of the area with heavy rain in some places, particularly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Sukhothai, Tak, and Phichit provinces, with heavier rainfall in some areas of Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, and Phetchabun. Low 22-27°C, high 27-35°C. Southwest winds 10-20 km/h.
Northeast: Thunderstorms in 70% of the area with heavy rain in some places across Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Kalasin, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, and Surin provinces, with heavy rainfall in areas of Loei, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Sisaket, and Ubon Ratchathani. Low 22-26°C, high 31-35°C. Southwest winds 10-20 km/h.
Central: Thunderstorms in 60% of the area with heavy rain in some places in Lopburi, Saraburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, and Samut Sakhon provinces. Low 23-27°C, high 34-36°C. Southwest winds 10-20 km/h.
East: Thunderstorms in 60% of the area with heavy rain in some places in Nakhon Nayok, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, and Trat provinces. Low 23-27°C, high 31-35°C. Southwest winds 15-35 km/h. Sea waves 1-2 meters, higher than 2 meters in thunderstorm areas.
South (East Coast): Thunderstorms in 40% of the area, mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat provinces. Low 23-26°C, high 33-36°C. Southwest winds 15-35 km/h. Sea waves approximately 1 meter nearshore, 1-2 meters offshore, and higher than 2 meters in thunderstorm areas.
