The hospital explains that the dark spots on ceilings and walls are caused by mold resulting from structural conditions and moisture accumulation caused by the building's air-conditioning system, not from poor cleaning practices.
The hospital says similar issues have been found in other areas within the facility. Management became aware of the problem before the photos circulated online and is now carrying out repairs and improvements according to government procedures, prioritizing patient, visitor, and staff safety and hygiene. The hospital thanked the public for their feedback and said it will use the input to improve facilities and service quality.
