Krungsri Bank and its subsidiaries have launched an emergency assistance program for customers and those affected by flooding in Bangkok and other provinces. The relief measures cover personal loans, home loans, auto loans, credit cards, and SME loans to ease financial burdens during the crisis.

Personal loan, home loan, and small SME customers can choose to reduce monthly payments by up to six months covering interest charges, or suspend principal payments and pay interest only for up to three months. Applications can be made at Krungsri Bank branches nationwide, through Krungsri Call Center at 1572, or online until December 31, 2026, subject to bank criteria and conditions.

SME business credit customers can request up to six months of reduced payments covering monthly interest, or suspend principal and interest-only payments for up to six months. They can contact their relationship manager or call 02-296-6262 and 02-626-2626 until December 31, 2026.

Krungsri Auto customers can defer payments for three months by contacting Krungsri Auto at 02-740-7400, extension 3, until November 30, 2026. Krungsri Consumer credit card and personal loan customers have two options: suspend payments for up to three billing cycles between October and December 2026 with normal interest calculations, or extend repayment periods to reduce monthly installments. Registration for Krungsri Consumer programs must be completed by October 31, 2026, through member service centers or Helpline 02-714-5155.

Customers who purchased auto and property insurance through Krungsri Bank and were affected by flooding can also access special services from Allianz Ayudhya Insurance. Further details are available on the Krungsri website or by calling 1292 around the clock.
