On September 3, Lampang Provincial Public Relations Office posted an appeal seeking the parents, family members, or relatives of a girl named Num Nuea, currently 8 months old. She was born at Lampang Hospital on January 20, 2026, and was abandoned at Lampang Central Hospital. The parents visited the child about three times after her birth but have since become unreachable. Anyone who is a parent, relative, or knows the persons involved is asked to contact the Lampang Child and Family Home immediately with documentation.
