Gun Chomphlung's side has responded with counterarguments, and both parties have challenged each other to present evidence. In a recent post through the Facebook page of Sittra Bia Bungerit, secretary of the People's Lawyer Team Foundation, Lawyer Tam announced that tomorrow at 11:00 AM he will submit a letter to the Interior Ministry's Permanent Secretary requesting an investigation into how donations exceeding 200 million baht were procured, allocated, and spent by the Gun Chomphlung Foundation, with particular focus on nominee companies based on confidential information he has obtained.
