Man, 41, Found Dead in Car After Going Missing
A 41-year-old man found dead in his car at a Samut Prakan apartment building on August 5 is suspected to have died by carbon monoxide poisoning, with a charcoal stove discovered inside the vehicle.
A family is in shock after a 41-year-old man went missing in the morning and was later found dead inside a Toyota Yaris parked at an apartment building. On the evening of August 5, 2025, at 9 p.m., police from Bang Kaew Station, led by Sergeant Major Thaleraksai Phuthuk, responded to a report of a body inside the vehicle at a parking lot in Bang Phli district, Samut Prakan province. Officers arrived with staff from the Ramathibodi Hospital to examine the scene. The deceased, identified as Mr. A (pseudonym), was found lying in the driver's seat with no signs of physical injury. A portable charcoal stove was found in the vehicle. According to the deceased's brother-in-law, the man lost contact since the morning, and the family spent the entire day searching before locating his car. Relatives suspect he may have been under stress. Police collected evidence at the scene and sent the body for autopsy to determine the exact cause of death, with further investigation to follow.
