The family of Surphan Jamrongkul, known as Tong Wongthoo (TWO), announced his death from stage 4 nasal cancer. Industry figures posted condolences on social media upon learning of his passing. His brother Surpongse Jamrongkul posted: "Hello everyone, I am Surpongse Jamrongkul, the brother of Surphan Jamrongkul. I am sad to inform you that Tong has passed away at 10:20 a.m. He is currently at Bhumibol Hospital, and we are preparing arrangements. Thank you very much." Many people expressed their grief.
Surphan's daughter Pebble had recently called for blood donations for her father following his nasal surgery, as he had lost a significant amount of blood and required transfusions and platelets from the hospital. She had reported that his condition was improving and his spirits remained good, though he was still on a ventilator and communication was difficult. The family stated he was in recovery and doing better, but ultimately had to announce his sad passing.
