Neurophat Wins Nonthaburi Governor Race
Neurophat Yenpraserit won the Nonthaburi governor race, securing victory for the Royal Bees group after trailing opponent Detcharat Sukkagaenid before the People's Party conceded defeat.
Neurophat Yenpraserit thanked Nonthaburi residents for their confidence in the Royal Bees group and made a touching reference to former Governor Thongchai, saying 'Uncle, we succeeded today.'
At 8 p.m. on September 20, midway through the counting of votes in the Nonthaburi provincial governor election, Neurophat's votes were opening up a comfortable lead over Detcharat Sukkagaenid before the People's Party conceded defeat.
Neurophat announced his gratitude to Nonthaburi voters for trusting the Royal Bees group, saying that without their vote today, he would not have known the group still enjoyed public confidence. He also thanked his campaign team for their tireless efforts over the past month.
'I believe the spirit of former Governor Thongchai Yenpraserit is watching over us to see whether his successors will succeed,' Neurophat said. 'I want to say: Uncle, we have succeeded today. We will continue the policies we have promised. Please rest assured.'
